Returns & Refunds

Our Commitment. At Pranic Lifestyle, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns. Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be a physical product that is unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items. Due to their nature, the following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Digital products, including ebooks and downloadable guides.
  • Services, including all Energy Sessions and Consultations.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Personal care items (such as essential oils and sprays) that have been opened or used.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. In certain situations, a refund may be issued as store credit.

Late or Missing Refunds. If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at rocky@praniclifestyle.com.

Sale Items. Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, email us at rocky@praniclifestyle.com and we will provide instructions.

Shipping Your Return. To return your product, mail it to: Pranic Lifestyle, 101 NW Locust St, Oak Grove, MO 64075. You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
