Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 hours (1-2 business days) of being placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States, shipped from our location in Oak Grove, Missouri:
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $8.00 for all orders up to $54.99.
- FREE Shipping: Free standard shipping on all domestic orders of $55.00 and up.
Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery after your order has been shipped.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order value and destination. International delivery times typically range from 7 to 21 business days.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Pranic Lifestyle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Digital Products and Services
Products such as ebooks, Energy Sessions, and other digital services are delivered electronically via email and are not subject to shipping fees.
Incorrect Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at your expense.
