Refund Policy

 

Our Commitment At Pranic Lifestyle, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be a physical product that is unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items Due to their nature, the following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Digital products, including Ebooks and downloadable guides.

  • Services, including all Energy Sessions and Consultations.

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale or discounted items.

  • Personal care items (such as essential oils and sprays) that have been opened or used.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. In certain situations, a refund may be issued in the form of store credit.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at rocky@praniclifestyle.com.

Sale Items (if applicable) Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please send us an email at rocky@praniclifestyle.com and we will provide you with instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
