Master Choa used to have a necklace, a silver cross, like a Jesus cross, and it was really thick, too. He had one and it was silver, and I remember one time he was going through some stuff and he was holding it, walking around holding the cross.

You can bless the cross with the power of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. They're just three different aspects of God basically, or different higher energies. Also, in the Spiritual Essence of Man book, there are Divine names for them that correspond. And in Inner Christianity Revealed, he talks about the real name of Jesus; you could energize it with that.

When you energize the cross, it becomes super, super powerful. It is good for protection, bringing a powerful energy shield around you. You have to really energize it properly. By itself, there might be some energy, but when you really infuse it with spiritual energy, it becomes very powerful.

Master Choa gave me a couple of crosses. Unfortunately, I lost one in the pool, and another one, I think, was taken. It was a very powerful cross. Master Choa was blessing it for a super long time, like a minute or more, for this one little cross. When I put it on, I could feel this super protection around it.

Wearing a crucifix is very powerful, and you can also wear them with crystals on them.
