Long distance aromatherapy is something I have been practicing for many years.
I would make special energized sprays and I would spray it into people chakras.
Basically after Invoking and saying a prayer you say-
Marcy's front and spray to dissolve any negative cords on the front of the body, then repeat on the back.
Then say Marcy's crown chakra and then spray into the chakra.
Do this on all the major chakras.
I do this technique before doing crystal healings to loosen up the negative energy and emotions, so its less work for me.
